1. Rental request

1.1 To ensure the availability of items, we suggest that you place your order as soon as possible. If you need equipment at the last minute, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

We are very aware that our guests are traveling with small children and that unexpected situations may occur that force you to cancel your reservation at the last minute. Please let us know by phone and we will do our best to accommodate you.

2.1 More than 48 hours in advance, we will refund your deposit.

2.2 Less than 48 hours in advance, we will keep your deposit.

2.3 If you have to leave early, there will be no refund.

 

3. Shipping costs

3.1 Shipping fees vary between $ 15 and $ 35

3.1.1 $ 15 delivery fee: City of Mont-Tremblant (Saint-Jovite, Old-Village) and Tremblant Resort

3.1.2 $ 20 delivery fee: Saint-Fausin-Lac-Carré City Center, Lac-Supérieur City Center (Elysium Suites-sur-le-Lac)

3.1.3 $ 25 delivery fee: Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré periphery (Royal Laurentien Golf Course, Lac Rougeaud), La Conception

3.1.4 $ 30delivery fee: Labelle (Blueberry Lake) Lac Lacoste

3.1.5 $ 35 delivery fee: Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Sainte-Adele, Saint-Sauveur, Rivière-Rouge

 

4. Delivery

4.1 If you reside in a Hotel or Condo / Chalet managed by a Rental Manager

4.1.1.Your equipment should already be installed when you arrive. However, it is important to understand that during periods of high traffic or early registration, it is possible that the equipment will not be installed when you arrive.

4.2 If you live in a private house or Air BnB

4.2.1 Your equipment can not be installed before your arrival. It is very difficult to get information about the owners, and some of them refuse to give us access to their property. We understand that they want to limit the number of people who can access and respect this decision. We will then have to set an appointment time and your equipment will be delivered, installed and retrieved in your presence.

 

5. Equipment pickup

5.1 If you reside in a Hotel or Condo / Chalet managed by a Rental Manager

5.1.1 We ask you to group the toys and put the blankets back in the bed. This saves us from having to search for different items in all rooms of a property. Then you can leave, simply.

5.2 If you live in a private house or Air BnB

5.2.1 We ask you to group the toys together and put the blankets back in the bed. When we meet for delivery, we will set up a pickup time for the day of your departure. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to leave earlier than the established pick-up time.

 

6. Items lost or damaged

6.1 Any damaged or missing item will be charged to your credit card.

 

7. Payment

7.1 When you make your reservation, we will contact you to finalize the transaction. The most used method is the payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa or Amex). It is also possible to pay cash, but it will be necessary to schedule an appointment with us during the delivery.

 

8. Security deposit

8.1 The deposit amount varies from one reservation to another and represents 50% of your total bill. It will be refundable if you need to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours in advance.
