What are the payment methods?
Our online payment system will be available soon. When you make your reservation, we will contact you to finalize the trasaction.
The most used method is the payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa or Amex).
It is also possible to pay cash, but it will be necessary to schedule an appointment with us during the delivery.
When I book do I have to give a deposit?
Yes, we take a deposit when booking.
The deposit amount varies from one reservation to another and represents 50% of your total bill. It will be refundable if you need to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours in advance.
Will my equipment be already installed when I arrive?
It depends on a major factor: where you will stay.
If you stay in a Hotel or a Condo / Chalet managed by a Rental Manager, your equipment should be already installed when you arrive. On the other hand, it is important to understand that in periods of high traffic or if you bless early registration it is possible that at your arrival, the equipment is not yet installed.
If you stay in a private house or Air BnB,your equipment can not be installed before your arrival. It is very difficult to get information about the owners, and some of them refuse to give us access to their property. We understand that they want to restrict the number of people who can access and respect this decision. We will then have to set an appointment time and your equipment will be delivered, installed and retrieved in your presence.
What should I do when I leave?
Nothing! or almost …
If you stay in a Hotel or a Condo / Chalet managed by a Rental Manager,we ask you to group the toys and put the blankets back in the bed. This saves us from having to search for different items in all rooms of a property. Then you can leave, simply.
If you stay in a private house or Air BnB,we ask you to group the toys and put the blankets back in the bed. When we meet for the delivery, we will set up a pick up time for the day of your departure. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to leave earlier than the established pick-up time.
Do you have a physical store?
Our shop is only online, we do not have a physical store. It is not possible to come on the spot to rent your equipment.However, we can plan a pickup at our home, if you wish.
In the case of compact and full size cribs, we deliver them only. In this way, we make sure that there is nobreakage during transport. These items are very heavy and can break if they fall or if they are not handled properly.
I have to cancel my reservation!
We understand that having young children has a lot of surprises!
More than 48 hours in advance, we will refund your deposit.
Less than 48 hours in advance, we will keep your deposit.
If you must leave early, there will be no refund.
